My fat burning HIIT workout for weight-loss! You guys. we are in WEEK 3 of training with Tara! Good job if you're following along, we have conquered the first leg of the series! Now that we've gotten this far we have to keep going! This workout I made should be a really good kick in the ass to sweat it out and get your legs burning! I hope you guys like this quick video, I know it was a little short, but I will see you in next weeks Train with Tara for an entire body update and sharing my measurements!!! *im scared lol* bye!

Workout circuit (repeat 4 times):

front lunge - squat - back lunge (10 reps)
jump squat (10 reps)
burpees (10 reps)
burpee side hop (10 reps)
side plank leg lift (10 reps each side)
spider-mans (10 reps)
reverse crunch (10 reps)
reverse crunch twist (10 reps)
push-ups (10 reps)
plank (10 reps)
